Return Policy

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or material, please follow the return process above and place a new order for your desired item. This ensures the fastest delivery of your replacement.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@inktheory.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange for a replacement at no cost to you.
